I finally understand it now. Once you’re single for a while and you just get to observe others, you begin to see how relationships really are. I watched friends with their dating drama and their decision making. I finally understand why they don’t work out. It comes down to either one person or both people. 

When a relationship doesn’t work out its not because of lack of communication, its not because someone decided to cheat on you, its not because you got tired of the person, there’s only one reason why they don’t work out. 

The answer is simple but then it goes deeper than how I say it. One or both people in the relationship are simply just not ready for a relationship. They don’t care what happens in the future. They live life like there’s no tomorrow with no regrets. They don’t want to talk things through and work things out, all they care about is their own selfish happiness. All they care about is themselves in the end. The decisions they make only benefit themselves but not both. I say this because I can see myself making these mistakes within the way my friends make theirs. I see the immaturity I once had and I want to help my friends but then I want them to learn this on their own. 

Its one thing to explain something but its another to experience it.  

Some people will never be ready and that’s why they end up alone… they hurt the one person that really cares.
